Based on a number of major Real Estate Market Publications it is predicted that 2017 will be a fantastic year for those in the Real Estate Industry. The largest hurdles will be limited inventory and rising interest rates.

- March 2016-- 1037 units sold
- April 2016-- 1045 units sold
- May 2016-- 1201 units sold
- June 2016-- 1280 units sold
- July 2016-- 1134 Units sold
- Aug 2016-- 1122 units sold
- Sept 2016-- 1119 units sold
- Oct 2016-- 974 units sold
- Nov 2016-- 902 units sold
- Dec 2016-- 933 units sold
What a fantastic month June turned out to be! We can only hope that we have month like that this year (2017)!
What segment of the local market had the most success? The answer is, "New Construction" homes. This was driven by limited inventory on re-sales and high demand for homes under 300K. Many first time home buyers had to wait for the right home to hit the market and then scramble to make a competitive offer before they were beat out by competing offers. The best way to avoid the disappointment of losing a home to competing and aggressive multiple offers was to make an offer on a new construction home and have it built to their preference.
